Do you believe that being a morning person can drive you to success? Ever want to wake up early but always lay back down? Be an early bird by following some steps below!
1. Be sure to get at least eight hours of sleep. Children and teens need more sleep, because they grow at night.

4. Freshen up in the morning. Especially if you take a shower the night before. Brush your hair and your teeth.
5. Know what you will wear. Do you know where your shoes? What kind of clothes would you wear?
6. Read a good book or take a hot bath before you go to bed. Never read a scary book though. This will help your mind relax.
7. Listening to classical music. Something fun and relaxing will calm you before bed.
8. If you hear things at night (such as crickets, dogs, snoring, etc.) try using a fan. It can drown out the noise. Listening to iPod with soft music will also help.
9. Having a stuffed animal. It really can help.
10. In the morning when you think, "Only fifteen minutes, and I would wake up," just waking up! You may oversleep and wake up later than expected way.
